We are a small sub-section of
the IBM Hursley Club offering weekly pilates classes with a
Pilates is a non strenuous form
of exercise originally developed by Joseph Pilates and is
designed to develop and strengthen the core postural muscles. It
is suitable for all ages and is particularly beneficial for
those wishing to increase overall fitness, improve posture and
relieve or protect against back injury.
We cater for all ages and
ability levels and are always pleased to welcome new members.
